2. Eligibility
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Educational Nature of Services — Not Investment Advice
3.1 Techno Traders provides educational content only. Nothing on this Website, in our courses, calculators, tools, live classes, or community channels constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, or financial instrument.
3.2 Any reference to a SEBI Registered Research Analyst affiliated with Techno Traders pertains to the delivery of educational content and does not extend individualized investment advisory services to students or members through this Platform, unless separately and explicitly contracted for under applicable SEBI regulations.

3.4 You acknowledge that no course, tool, or calculator offered by Techno Traders guarantees profit or protects against loss.
4. Account Registration
4.1 To access certain Services (such as the dashboard or paid courses), you may be required to register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

5. Courses, Enrollment, and Community Access
5.1 Course enrollment and community access (including via WhatsApp groups) are subject to the fees, terms, and availability communicated at the time of purchase or joining.
5.2 "Lifetime Access" and similar terms refer to access for the operational lifetime of the relevant course or Platform and are subject to reasonable technical, business, or regulatory limitations, including discontinuation of a course or the Platform.
5.3 We reserve the right to remove any student or member from community channels for violation of these Terms, community guidelines, or applicable law, including but not limited to spamming, harassment, solicitation of unrelated products or services, or sharing of paid content without authorization.
5.4 Course content, live class schedules, and faculty availability are subject to change at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students of material changes.
6. Fees and Payment
6.1 All fees for courses are as displayed on the Website or communicated at the time of enrollment, and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2 All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
6.3 Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our separate Return Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
