This Return Policy applies to course enrollments and digital products purchased through Techno Traders ("Techno Traders," "we," "us," or "our") via technotraders.co.in and associated payment or community channels. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Nature of Products
All courses, live classes, calculators, and related materials offered by Techno Traders are digital educational products delivered electronically. Because access to course content, live sessions, and tools is typically granted immediately or shortly after purchase, standard "return" mechanics applicable to physical goods do not apply in the same manner.
2. Cancellation Window
2.1 You may request cancellation of a course enrollment within 7 (seven) calendar days of the date of purchase, provided that:
- (a) you have not attended more than one (1) live class or demo session associated with the course; and
- (b) you have not accessed or downloaded a substantial portion of the recorded course content or proprietary calculators/tools.
2.2 Cancellation requests outside this window, or where the above conditions are not met, will not be eligible for a refund, except at our sole discretion or as required by applicable law.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for cancellation or refund once accessed or delivered:
- (a) proprietary calculators, tools, or downloadable resources once accessed;
- (b) recorded course content once substantially viewed or downloaded;
- (c) community/WhatsApp group access once joined and participated in;
- (d) any promotional, discounted, or bundled enrollment explicitly marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase.
4. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, email us at tt.technotraders@gmail.com with:
- your full name and registered contact number/email;
- proof of payment (transaction ID or receipt);
- the course name and date of enrollment;
- reason for the cancellation request.
We will acknowledge your request within 3–5 business days and inform you of the outcome after reviewing eligibility under this Policy.
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 10–15 business days of approval, subject to processing timelines of the relevant payment gateway or banking partner.
5.2 Where a partial refund is applicable (for example, due to partial usage of course content), the deduction will be communicated to you at the time of approval.
6. Course Changes or Cancellations by Techno Traders
If Techno Traders cancels, discontinues, or is unable to deliver a course or live class you have paid for, you will be offered, at our discretion, either:
- (a) a full refund of the applicable fee; or
- (b) enrollment in an equivalent course or rescheduled session.
7. Faculty or Schedule Changes
Minor changes to faculty, schedule, or course format do not, by themselves, entitle a student to a refund, provided the overall value and content of the course is substantially maintained.
8. Disputes
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, or have a dispute regarding a payment or refund, please contact us first at tt.technotraders@gmail.com so we can resolve the matter directly. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable Indian consumer protection law.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Return Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the revision.
